Cross-Border Educational Collaboration: NUS Team Up with Vietnamese Social Enterprises

On May 26th, a historic collaboration was forged between the social enterprises E4HC and YESD, and a delegation of students from the National University of Singapore (NUS). The purpose of this gathering was to kickstart an impactful initiative to construct a brand-new primary school facility in the remote village of Khau Meng, Thuan Hoa commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang province.

The joint effort aims to provide the children of this underserved community with access to a modern, well-equipped learning environment, ensuring they receive the quality education they deserve. According to the project timeline, the construction of the new school is slated for completion in just two months’ time, a testament to the unwavering commitment and dedication of all stakeholders involved.
