On the afternoon of April 5th, a group of dedicated volunteers from the organization E4HC transported 182 gift packages to the People’s Committee of Lao Chai, with the intention of distributing them to the underprivileged residents in the highland region of Ha Giang the following day. These gift packages, valued at 60 million Vietnamese dong, encompassed essential items such as rice, noodles, cooking oil, salt, and fish sauce, all of which were generously donated by a compassionate group of individuals from Hanoi and Hai Phong.
The purpose of this initiative was to provide much-needed support to the less fortunate members of the community. The contributions made by the kind-hearted individuals not only demonstrated their empathy and concern but also aimed to alleviate the hardships faced by those in need. By extending their assistance, these volunteers and donors have shown a genuine commitment to improving the lives of the underprivileged, fostering a sense of hope and stability within the community.
