Culinary Delights: E4HC Explores Red Dao Festival Cuisine in Hà Giang

On February 16th, 2024, a representative from EHC, along with volunteers from the United Kingdom, embarked on a cultural journey to experience the festive culinary traditions of the Red Dao ethnic minority in Cao Bồ, Vị Xuyên, Hà Giang.
