On February 16th, 2024, a representative from EHC, along with volunteers from the United Kingdom, embarked on a cultural journey to experience the festive culinary traditions of the Red Dao ethnic minority in Cao Bồ, Vị Xuyên, Hà Giang. This immersive experience provided a unique opportunity to delve into the cultural gastronomy of the Red Dao community.
The event showcased the vibrant and rich culinary heritage of the Red Dao people, allowing participants to savor traditional delicacies and explore the unique flavors and cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations.
